This is one of the most important questions you can ask, and we're proud of the care we put into answering it.
As a family-owned business, we personally visit every breeder we work with. We work with AKC breeders who are USDA licensed, and we require health testing as part of our breeder standards. Many of our breeders participate in dog shows and take great pride in their dogs' health, quality, and appearance.
We will NEVER associate with or support puppy mills.
This is a firm commitment we stand by, not just a promise we put on a website. We believe every puppy deserves a healthy start, proper care, and a loving future. That's why we put in the time and effort to personally visit our breeders and evaluate their practices before choosing to work with them.
We're not just in the business of finding puppies homes. We're passionate about helping families find a new companion they can love for a lifetime. We want every customer to feel confident knowing that we care deeply about where our puppies come from and the future they'll have with their new families.
Registration can vary depending on the puppy and its breed. We provide the applicable registration paperwork and a certified pedigree with each puppy.
If you have questions about a particular puppy's registration or lineage, please contact us. We'll be happy to explain the documentation available for that puppy so you know what to expect.
We want you to leave feeling prepared to welcome your new family member. Your puppy comes with the applicable health records from the breeder and from the care provided while with us, including vaccination information.

Your puppy will come with a small bag of the food they've been eating while in our care, so you can help maintain a familiar feeding routine during the transition home.
We'll review the available paperwork with you and help answer any questions before you leave.
Preparing ahead of time makes the transition easier for both you and your puppy. We recommend having these essentials ready:
- Puppy food and food and water bowls
- A comfortable bed and appropriately sized crate or safe sleeping area
- A collar or harness and leash
- Puppy-safe toys and treats
- Waste bags and cleaning supplies
- Grooming products appropriate for your puppy
- A plan for veterinary care and follow-up vaccinations
While your puppy is with us, we feed them NutriSource dog food and provide a small bag to take home. Keeping your puppy on the same food initially can help with the transition. If you decide to change foods, ask your veterinarian about making the change gradually.
Our stores also carry a variety of puppy supplies, including harnesses, leashes, bowls, beds, crates, strollers, dog shampoo, conditioner, and doggie colognes.
We're happy to help you get ready for your new family member!
